I’m an AI ethics, privacy, and governance strategist and scientist with over 15 years of experience shaping policies, systems, and processes that align technology design with human and organizational values. My research advances methods for assessing and managing ethical and privacy risks in AI, providing evidence-based insights to guide governance strategy and policymaking across public and enterprise contexts. Drawing on operational expertise in change management, digital transformation, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance (labor, healthcare, privacy, AI), I collaborate across academia, industry, and policy to help organizations implement and scale AI safely and responsibly.
